Introduction:
Primary Engines inc. is a corporation specializing in automotive parts, service, manufacturing, machining, & hauling. Everything from oil changes to full blown race cars.

Requirements:
-$400,000 Canadian currency buy in.

-$100,000 working capital.

-Technicians with 310s license.

-Tire machines (balance & mounting machine).

-Hunter 4 wheel alignment machine.

-Hoists.

-Tig & Mig welders (or welding can be outsourced to Barrie location).

-We outsource machine shop work. Our affiliates have multiple locations.

-You must find location correctly zoned for automotive repair.

-Race car (you need to prove your location can build!)

-Clean location with lab for engine building room.

-Security cameras.

-Alarm system.

-Quickbooks (supplied)

-Engine building tools (supplied).

-Inventory for our engine catalog (supplied).

-Engine catalogs (supplied)

-Business cards (supplied)

-Website (supplied)

-Lawyers (supplied)

*These are the minimum requirements for our Franchisee standards. If you plan on buying CNC machines, thats fine. I will send enough work to pay for them. *

Support:
Matthew Ghayess owner offers cellular & email communications. Value of $100/hour. Website & printing support. Very high level of experience (22+ years in this industry, licensed & hands on.)(1.5 years in machine shop.)(1 year CNC).

I also have 2 licensed technicians working under me, one with dual certificates.

Shareholder profit:

After buy in, 100% of the profit you make is yours. We don’t collect commission from franchisee.

Expenses:
-Lease expense not covered.

-Advertising expense not covered.

-Phone & Internet expenses not covered.

-Wages not covered.

-Inventory after buy in not covered.

-And any other expenses not covered.
